logrotate con bzip2

Editar /etc/logrotate.conf, descomentar compress y añadir los siguientes parametros:

compresscmd /usr/bin/bzip2
compressoptions –best
compressext .bz2

    Según la página de manual de bzip2

    And –best merely selects the default behaviour

    Luego, te sobra lo de “compressoptions –best”, por defecto comprime así.
